Job Description:
  • Should have a good understanding of all the available social media platforms
  • Should be able to identify and classify the target audiences for each of our product
  • Monitor the social media activities of our competitors and provide insights that help drive more engagement toward our social media accounts
  • Should be able to come up with a clear strategy (for each medium and the target audience) that align with our product goals
  • Should be able to come up with different content ideas for each of our social media profile
  • Should have a strong working experience in managing the ads effectively on Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter
  • Should be able to monitor the brand mentions, activities, and manage the overall reputation across all the social media
  • Should be able to generate various reports that give insights about audience engagements, website traffic, conversions, and other aspects
  • Should have a good experience in handling the tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Sendible, Semrush, Google Analytics, etc)
Key Skills:
  • Should have a good verbal and oral communication
  • Inquisitive nature and an ability to think creatively
  • Should be able to build relationships with cross-functional teams within the company (HR, Design, Content, and Marketing)
  • Staying up to date with the industry trends, best practices, and the tools
