Job Description:
As an HR Manager at [Company Name], you will be a strategic partner in shaping our organization's success. You'll play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and compliance. Key Skills:
- Assists in Recruitment Plans & Supervises the Onboarding Process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training
- Plans & Coordinates training and development programs for employees, as well as monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Drives Performance Management Processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Plans & Formulates HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues
- Assist with the implementation of employee engagement programs and events
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- MBA/MSW Specialized in HR
- Should have 7+ years of experience in HR from the IT industry.
