Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to build responsive front-end and back-end solutions using frameworks like React.js and Node.js. The role involves enhancing application performance, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to team success with technical leadership. We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer with 4+ years of expertise in full-stack development to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React.js and its ecosystem, along with experience in back-end development and database management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful API's for seamless data integration.
• Oversee code reviews, perform testing, debugging, and troubleshoot to ensure high code quality and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in improving their technical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and the MERN stack ecosystem.
• Contribute to improving team processes and suggest new technologies.
• Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and its associated tools. Implement server-side logic and manage business workflows effectively using Node.js.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases, leveraging both MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any Engineering graduate or Postgraduate (Master's degree).
• 4-6 years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). strong understanding of React Js ecosystem.
• Experience in team management or mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript libraries and backend technologies and database management.
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and a desire for continuous growth as a developer.
• Familiarity with build tools for front-end development (React.js, APIs).
• Experience with testing frameworks and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and CSS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
