Proven ability to manage 2 or more projects simultaneously with cross-functional team collaboration.

Experience leading small to mid-sized teams, providing both technical and performance guidance.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and SaaS architecture principles.

Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Experience working in a product-based or SaaS environment is highly preferred.
