projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science,Information Technology, or a relatedfield.

● 5–8years of total experience in software development,
with at least 2–3years of strong hands-on codingexperience in the MERN Stack(MongoDB, Express.js,React.js, Node.js).

● Proven ability to manage 2 or more projects simultaneously with cross-functional team collaboration.

● Experience leadingsmall to mid-sized teams, providing both technical and performance guidance.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and SaaS architecture principles.

● Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

● Experience workingin a product-based or SaaS environment is highlypreferred.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

● Certification in Software Architecture or Cloud Application Design.

● Leadership and Team Management certification.

● Familiarity with U.S. software compliance or data security frameworks is a plus.
