Assistant Manager

Position Hiring for - Assistant Manager
Experience - 7+ Years
Location - Coimbatore
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of QA/Testing experience
• 2+ years of experience in QA Lead/Team Lead or similar leadership role
• Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing
• API Testing and SQL/Database Testing
• Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum
• Experience in defect management, RCA, and production issue validation
• Good understanding of Performance Testing (JMeter preferred)
• Experience with Playwright/Selenium and Python/Java is preferred
• Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team
• Plan and manage QA activities across sprints and releases
• Drive automation, API, database, regression, and integration testing
• Monitor QA progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
• Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps, DBA, and Business teams
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and product quality
